She is manufactured by MOBILE TRAVELER, INC.
Feature wise she can sleep 4 pretty comfy 5-6 if you like it more snuggly or if they are kids(overhead bed and flip sofa bed). Has roof AC that works, RV fridge that works and is dual powered by propane or electricity, Toilet and shower all work fine as do the holding tanks. Kitchen sink works along with the DC water pump and tank level monitors. Has a furnace too, but have not tried it out, I know the blower works with the thermostat. Microwave oven and stove/oven work but we usually cook outside on good days. AC and DC system operate as they should as does the built in 4Kw Onan generator with only 73.5 hours. The Bias tires are in good shape and have been rotated summer of 2017. The spare is a spare and could be replaced if going out of state as it has dry cracking.
The engine and transmission all work great, does not get hot, shifts in all gears, can even tow a boat or trailer if needed to the lake. It is a Chevy 350 with 4 barrel carb and you get the fuel mileage that comes with that setup. She is a dual rear setup with a GVWR of 10,500lb
Some history:
It does not come with a Hot Water tank at the moment, the propane one sprung a water leak and we bypassed it. Was going to look into an instant AC water heater or a used one from another RV. The Propane tank is a built in style tank and was filled last year but the regulator must leak a bit as there is no more propane in it this year. Most all of the wiring, several hoses, and components under the hood had to be replaced or repaired due to a small engine fire last year. Comes with new starting battery and Napa deep cycle battery for the DC load centers. Also comes with alot of "camping necessities" like chocks, leveling blocks, jacks, dishes, etc. The ONLY thing I would want to do before I took her on a long camping trip would be to get a better spare and bleed the brakes with new fluid as they are a bit spongy.
